Repairs

We are always happy to come out to your site and repair any fault which may have occurred. We have engineers who are capable of repairing all types of Forklift Truck and other Materials Handling Equipment.

We also bring trucks into our workshop so that during repairs, which may take a longer period of time, your business can still operate to it's full capacity with minimal disruption. This is especially true if you choose to hire one of our fleet at a discounted price whilst your truck is being repaired.

Services

It is recommended that to ensure that your truck is working to it's full potential for you a service should be carried out on a regular basis.

Our full and thorough maintenance schedule is based on a complete service – lubrication and adjustment together with operational test and inspection plus a written report stating the condition of the vehicle – defects however minor brought to the attention of the customer for remedial action to maintain the safe, economical operation and prevent any possible accidents or future down time.

The number of visits per annum is dependant on the working hours of the vehicle however a minimum of two services is necessary to cover the regulations on Health and Safety.

We provisionally agree dates and check by telephone a few days prior to ensure availability of the vehicle so as to avoid production problems on site whilst performing the service schedule.
